My name is Travis Tarrant, and I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer, working within the health, fitness, and rehabilitation industries since 2015. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including commercial gyms, private studios, and health clinics, allowing me to help a broad range of clients—from athletes and gym-goers to individuals managing pain, injury, or everyday tension.
What makes my approach different is how I combine my knowledge of manual therapy and movement, offering both hands-on treatment and practical, long-term solutions to help people feel, move, and perform better. I believe massage isn’t just for short-term relief, it’s part of a wider process of improving how your body functions.
I currently work from House of Health in Hever, where I have access to a fully equipped private studio gym. This means I can provide a more comprehensive service than many therapists, combining treatment with tailored aftercare, corrective exercise, and, where needed, one-to-one coaching sessions to support your long-term recovery and performance.
Many of the issues clients present with are the result of long-standing patterns, years of poor posture, muscle imbalances, recurring injuries, or simply a lack of guidance on how to care for the body properly. This is where I bring added value. By addressing these issues both in the treatment room and through practical movement-based strategies, I help clients make real, lasting improvements, rather than just chasing temporary relief.
I’m also a firm believer that massage is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or background. Every session I deliver is tailored to the individual, based on their specific needs, goals, and concerns. For clients who are unsure of what they need, I always take the time to talk before and after their session, building rapport and ensuring they feel supported. My focus is never on rushing people in and out, it's on making a real difference.
Whether you’re dealing with pain, stiffness, injury, or you simply want to move and feel better, I’m here to provide the hands-on treatment, guidance, and one-to-one support you need to achieve lasting results.
